The process of Welding is pivotal to industries, infrastructure and automotive manufacturing. A good quality of weld should be free from defects such as porosity, incomplete fusion, lack of penetration, cracks, inclusion, and many such parameters. We have the required equipment testing of weld joints.
Tests are conducted as per various national and international standards like ASME Sec IX, ISO 5817-2014 or as specified by our customer standards.
TEST FOR WELD STRUCTURE: Visual Inspection, Macro examination (leg length, throat thickness etc), tensile testing, Weld penetration testing, impact testing, Root, face & side bend test.
